Terms & Conditions
- The digitised version of all recorded material can be made available on One-Drive (1 month), Flash Drive, DVD or CD. Should we provide the Flash Drive, DVD or CD, additional charges may be added. Alternatively, clients are welcome to provide us with their own Flash Drive, DVD or CD.
- The quality of Video and Audio conversions will not be enhanced on the digital version of the recording and will depend on the original quality of the source.
- Photographs can be scanned at 300 dpi (Standard Resolution) or 600 dpi (High Resolution) and the relevant prices are provided below.
- The prices provided for the Scanning of Photographs is based on loose photographs. Should the client provide us with photo albums, there may be an additional charge for the removal and replacement of photographs in the albums.
- Pick-up and Delivery is free within 20 kilometers of the centre of Cape Town for orders above R 1,000. Alternatively, courier services can be arranged for pick-up and delivery.
- Disclaimer: We handle every photograph, cassette, record, CD, and DVD with the utmost care and respect throughout the digitisation process. We can however not accept responsibility for any tapes that break during the digitisation process due to the age of the tapes we may deal with.

Notes
- Whilst the quality of Video and Audio conversions will not be enhanced on the digital version of the recording, we will remove all blank sections and “foot shots” on video content free of charge on request from the client.

Notes
High Resolution scanning will be done at 600 dpi, whilst Standard Resolution scanning will be done at 300 dpi.

Notes
