CIPC Services
In terms of current South African legislation, all Companies must be registered with the CIPC. If you are looking to register a new Company or update the details of an existing one, we can help you register a new Company within 24 hours. We also have several pre-reserved Shelf Companies available, which can have you up and running in as little as 2 hours.
We will also provide you with Annual Returns to the CIPC.
Payroll Services
Our payroll services include registration of PAYE, UIF and SDL and preparation and distribution of your employees’ monthly payslips. We will draw up and submit monthly and annual SARS returns and submissions for workers compensation and UIF registrations. We stay ahead of all the legislative changes and changes in the SARS electronic submission systems to ensure that you have a legally compliant payroll office.
